8th pay commission fitment factor

If we calculate the fitment factor of 8th Central Pay Commission on the basis of old formula, then if the government keeps the fitment factor under 8 Pay Commission at 2.57 times then the new minimum wage will be 18,000 x 2.57 = 46,260 whereas as per the demand of employee organizations the fitment factor will be 3.68 times kept then it will be 18,000 x 3.68 = 66,240.
